Lincoln Property Company Appoints Nicole Stultz as Regional Marketing Director for the Upper Southeast
ATLANTA, GA--Lincoln Property Company recently announced the appointment of Nicole Stultz as Marketing Director for their Upper Southeast region.
Nicole will be assisting the Southeast Regional Director of Marketing, Heather Williams, in implementing new marketing initiatives, brand creation, and many of the new construction projects on hand for the region.
"Nicole will be an invaluable asset to our region. She brings extensive knowledge of property management, marketing, and technology," says Williams. "We look forward to growing the region more with her support and are excited for her to provide more hands on support to our communities."
Nicole brings with her years of experience in the multifamily vertical as well as a diverse background in marketing. Her skills and experience enable her to apply a well-rounded approach to her role as Marketing Director.
"With all the advanced online marketing and technology coming on board these days, there's never been a better time to hold a marketing position in our industry," says Stultz. "I'm honored to be the Southeast Region's new Marketing Director and look forward to helping the company and our clients grow."
Nicole enjoys mixing the "tried and true" aspects of marketing with new technology that aims to place Lincoln's communities at the forefront of the industry.
She graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing and Management.
